Band Ordering Protocols

1.) This service is only available to current club members, meaning that membership must be paid in full for the year that you’re ordering bands. 


e.g. If you are pre-ordering bands for the following year than your membership for the year must be paid at the time of the pre-order.


2.) Band orders will be placed with the AACC on the 15th of every month.  If you miss the deadline to order for a given month than you must wait until the 15th of the following month or pay a rush order fee of $10.00


3.) The RACBC is not responsible for band orders that are delayed due to issues that arise from the manufacturer or the AACC.


4.) All band orders must be paid in full prior to the order being placed with the AACC.  The order will not be sent into the AACC until payment has been received.


5.) Coded Band orders take a minimum of 6-8 weeks for delivery – for the registration of new codes with the AACC please contact our ring secretary to see if the code of your choice is available.  A fee of $10 is required to order coded bands for the first time.


6.) A shipping and handling and online service fee of $6.25 will be added to every order regardless of whether the order is mailed or dropped off to the person making the order.
